With the BASIC plan, once you reach HUF 700,000 monthly turnover per terminal, the monthly fee of your terminal(s) drops to zero.
If your turnover stays below that, the monthly fee decreases dynamically, in proportion to your turnover:
- HUF 0 monthly turnover: HUF 7,000 monthly fee
- HUF 300,000 monthly turnover: about HUF 4,000 monthly fee
- Above HUF 700,000: HUF 0 monthly fee

What happens if the terminal breaks down?
If you run into a software problem, call our Hungarian-language customer support, available every day of the week. If the terminal is physically damaged, we replace it within 48 hours after investigating the case.
What recurring costs should I expect?
On our website we recommend a suitable terminal for every type of business. If you cannot find your type of business, or you are not satisfied with the terminal we recommend, get in touch with our sales team.
How quickly will I receive my terminal?
We deliver the terminal(s) you requested within 48 hours of a successful registration.
How are refunds and disputed transactions handled?
For transactions made within the last 24 hours, you can start an instant refund on the terminal. If more than 24 hours have passed, you can still start a refund, but depending on the bank it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to return to the customer’s account.
Do I have to buy the terminal?
No, you do not need to buy the terminal. You can choose from several packages, so you will find the solution that best fits your needs and budget. Request a free quote!
What do I need to sign the contract?
All you need is the documents of a person authorised to sign for the company and a bank account statement.
Which account do payouts arrive in?
Our service is bank-independent: you can have your transaction amounts paid to a current account held at any bank in Hungary.
